    Brand new location. Went to the soft opening today. Ordered two drinks, both were delicious ! Giving 5 stars as encouragement since its still new and staff are still training. Service could be a little bit slow due to training but its all understandable! Cant wait to go back ! The crunchy tiramisu milk tea is so good!! But even getting it 50% sugar i still find it a bit too sweet, will try less sweet next time or even no sugar as the drink itself is already very sweet!

    The refreshed look of this Alley really passed the vibe check. Its brighter, feels more homey and has a sense of comfort unlike any other bubble tea shops I've been to. The staff was friendly and of course the drinks were great. They really perfected my order and you could tell they really care about putting this whole place together the right way. Totally worth the drive if you are not in Vaughan. Check out the nice seats in the back, you'll thank me later. Just sit back and take in all the details and ambiance that this place has to offer. Will definitely be back!

    The second time I’ve been here, the other was in Edmonton. Super simple decor, great vibe and we tried this ultra gourmet drink which will be an orgasm in your mouth if you’re into indulgence.

    Sweet bubble tea! Beautiful ambience and clean washrooms with friendly staff. They make the best Deeroica Taro Puff - not too powdery with the taro and good balance of custard. The only pitfall of the franchise are they don’t have a larger size in some of the menu items and customizations are not allowed for certain menu items. Otherwise good bubble tea !

    The Alley has a lot of great drinks to choose from; I picked the Passionfruit Green Tea w/ Tapioca (I wanted some Lychee Jelly added in!). Other than that, the interior has a really chill kind of vibe. I came early when they opened, so there was no customers around.

    I will admit that I usually only come to try out collaboration drinks, but they’re always very tasty A lot of fun combinations and flavours. The store itself is really nice, always clean and bright. The staff are also kind, in my opinion, and pretty efficient. Overall a great location and atmosphere.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a well-thought-out space with modern, stylish decor that gives it a fresh, trendy vibe. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends while enjoying a drink. It’s clean and well-maintained, and the whole place just has a cool, welcoming energy that makes you want to come back again and again. What really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about making your experience enjoyable. They take the time to get your order just right, and I've never had an issue with accuracy or service. Whether you're a regular or a first-time customer, they make you feel at home, and that’s something I really appreciate in any business. As for the drinks, they are consistently fantastic. My all-time favourite is the Deerioca Fever—it’s the perfect balance of flavour, texture, and sweetness. The chewy, fresh tapioca pearls (Deerioca) are always the perfect texture, and the drink itself is so refreshing. That said, I’ve recently been loving their new Ube flavour. It’s a unique and delicious twist on the traditional bubble tea, and it’s quickly become another go-to. The creamy, nutty taste of ube pairs so well with their signature tapioca pearls, and I love how they’re always coming up with fun, innovative new flavours. Whether you’re craving something sweet and creamy or something refreshing and fruity, The Alley has a great selection. The drinks are always made with quality ingredients, and there’s something about the combination of flavours and textures that makes each sip feel like a treat. Overall, The Alley is a gem. Between the modern decor, great customer service, and amazing drinks, it’s hands down one of the best places to get bubble tea.     The drinks here are sooo good and I love the ambiance and decor of this Alley. There’s always lots of seating available. My favourite drink is the Derioca Fever but you can’t go wrong with any of them. The taste of their tapioca is the best part. The only thing is that the drinks take a very long time to make. So I recommend ordering at least 10-20 minutes in advance on the app if you don’t want to have to wait.
